Why this retreat

Ancient wisdom, translated into practical experience.

Most retreats focus on ancient practices or modern science. East Meets West intentionally brings both into one grounded weekend.

You’ll experience reflective assessments, practical workshops, movement, breathwork, sound, and guided integration. The goal is not to escape life. It is to return home with a clearer understanding of yourself and tools you can continue using.

  • Personalized rather than one-size-fits-all
  • Welcoming to beginners and experienced guests
  • Built around insight, experience, and integration
Featured experiences

Understand. Experience. Apply.

Personalized starting point

Bio-Well Energy Scan

A quick, non-invasive fingertip scan creates visual energy maps and wellness-oriented biometrics that can help frame the weekend’s workshops and discussions.

  • Completed in under a minute
  • No needles or invasive procedures
  • Visual maps and guided interpretation
  • Used as a reflective wellness tool
How it fits into the retreat

The scan provides a shared starting point for conversation. It is not a medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, and results should not replace guidance from a licensed healthcare professional.
